Mr. SHUAI Yong, born in 1969, is the Vice President of the Group and responsible for operations management of the Supply Chain Services Strategic Business Unit. Mr. Shuai graduated from Peking University in 1990. He joined Legend Group in 1997 and Digital China in 2000. Mr. Shuai has been engaged in channel market for years and boasts more than 11 years of management experience in e-commerce, risk management and corporate marketing administration.
