Mr. ZHOU Yibing, born in 1963, is the Vice President of the Group and the President of the Infrastructure Services Strategic Business Unit of the Information Technology Service Group. Mr. Zhou is responsible for operations management of IT Infrastructure, Software, Hardware and Service Business Division. Mr. Zhou graduated from University of Science and Technology of China with a Master degree in 1989. He joined Legend Group in 1996 and Digital China in 2000. Mr. Zhou was in charge of distribution business, regional business and IT service business and boasts more than 13 years of experience in management of IT service business.
