Mr. QIAN Weilie, born in 1963, Assistant President of the Group, is in charge of overall business management of Government Applications Strategic Business Unit.Mr. Qian graduated from School of Technology, Shanghai University with the degree of Bachelor in Radio Technology in 1984. He joined Digital China in December 2002, Mr. Qian previously served as the President of Guoxin Information Technology Group of the State Information Center. And he was also appointed as the Director of China Economic Information Network Company. He has 25 years of experience in software application and services.
