Mr. LI Hongchun, born in 1966, Assistant President of the Group, is in charge of operations management of Infrastructure Services Strategic Business Unit of ITS for the Group. Mr. Li graduated from the School of Radio Communications, Beijing Institute of Technology with the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in 1988. He joined Digital China in 2003. He was previously in charge of sales management for telecommunications sector for Sun Microsystem. Mr. Li has over 15 years of experience in IT sales and operations management.
